Darling 1626 single ended amplifier using a Shannon Parks circuit. His version is called the Clementine. Hammond power transformer and choke. Output transformers are Edcor. Changed the circuit to use a 12SN7 as input.
A Technics SP10 MKII that has received the Krebs treatment, DASacustic dual arm plinth, Fidelity Research FR24 MKII 9", Jelco TK-950L MKII 12", Sph copper mat and record stabilizer. Ortofon and Audio Technica carts.
STS serviced with upgrades including a rewired and serviced Ortofon RMG-212 tonearm. A new idler wheel from AudioSilente of Italy. A WoodSong Audio thrust bearing kit with an 8mm thick bronze cap, a 6mm thick Torlon thrust pad, and a Grade 5 sapphire ball bearing. An MK2 conversion kit with the Hanze Hi-Fi Motor Spring Suspension kit is also installed. In this conversion, the 3 motor suspension mount studs of the MK1 motor, are replaced with longer motor suspension studs to give more motor suspension travel as well as allowing installation of the Hanze HiFi motor spring suspension system which reduces motor noise into the chassis by -16db over the standard double polymer bushing design which is still installed on most TD124’s. SPH copper mat copper record stabilizer, and Waynes outer ring round things out.
85 pound Lenco PTP4 build with Fidelity Research FR24 MKII tonearm and Ortofon SPU GE MKII cartridge retipped by Andy Kim with a line contact nude stylus instead of the original elliptical stylus. Tiger maple plinth with upgraded long bearing housing, long spindle, idler wheel damper, SPH SCuM copper mat, SPH 3lb copper stabilizer and tool less speed adjustment knob from SPH, An idler wheel from Simone Lucchetti at Audiosilente round things out.

Ken Uesugi 42 tube amp/DAC/pre
Triode-wired single-ended amplifier designed by George Anderson. This amplifier has a beefier power supply than the basic design, Obbligato coupling caps, Kiwame and PRP resistors and Transcendar Output transformers. It’s a rollers dream for EL34, KT88, 6L6, 6V6, and others including 5U4, 5AR4, 5R4, 12AT7, 12AX7, and the 12AU7.

James Burgess type 46 tube amplifier with a fresh NOS set of 1944 year 46 type tubes.

Current reference setup with the James Burgess 45/2A3 S.E.T. amplifier, easily interchangeable to Burgess Eiclone 6550 triode monoblocks. A James Burgess tube preamp/phono stage, PeachTree Audio 65SE (serving as DAC), Modified AT1240 TT with AT33EV cartridge and Cardas wiring straight to the Burgess phono stage. Media is also served up via an Otari MTR10-2, Teac 1040Sl, Akai 280D-SS and Akai X-150D Reel to Reel machines, a PC music server with over 25 terabytes of Hi-Rez files, and plenty of great vinyl selections. All playing through a pair of 105db efficient Klipschorn loudspeakers with an 18” Velodyne sub crossed over around 40Hz. Room is 24x20x8.

Restored 1969 Akai X-150D Reel to Reel
Omen Dirty weekend upgraded with Zu audio clarity caps and internal mission cable wiring basically brining them to the Omen MkII at almost half the cost.
Myself around one year old in Okinawa Japan circa 1971 with my first taste of good audio. Like many serviceman around this time stationed overseas my father put together a very nice audio system which I got to enjoy for years after growing up back home in California.

Shanling T100 Turbomod Tube CD player
The picture just barley shows my Klipschorns that are 20 feet apart in the corners. Then I have 2 Sonance 15 inch powered subs. The rack on the right has my modifed Shanling T-100 cd player on top. Underneath that is my Samsung HDTV receiver for the 37 inch LCD screen behind the tapestry (Though I rarley watch tv at all in this room). Underneath that is a pair of moded Wright Audio 2a3 monoblocks. The middle table has a Exact audio EP15A ( The EP15A is neither a power conditioner, nor a power re-generator. It is somewhere in the middle. It rids the AC power of harmonics and noise and generates replacement power for the portions of the AC power that were removed in the process of eliminating power line harmonics and other distortions. In addition, it insures the output power is always 60Hz and the rms voltage is always 120VAC.) Below that is my Decware ZTPRE preamp and a pair of modified Dared VP-20 monoblock amps loaded with all 1950's Mullard tubes. The rack on the left is my VPI HW-19 MKIV totally upgraded with the TNT heavy platter , SS clamp, SAMA motor, and Origin Live Silver arm with a Benz Micro L2 cartridge going into a Musical Fidelity XLP phono stage which was upgraded with a Plinius Jarrah.
